	Our lovely home is maintained to a very high standard, it is bright, modern & spacious and is an ideal villa for a perfect family vacation. Furnished with soft leather sofas in the lounge and den area, there is a fully equipped kitchen and 4 spacious bedrooms with ample storage space. There are 2 bathrooms a Dining Area and a breakfast nook along with a Games Area. All linen's and towels are provided. Laundry facilities include washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The villa is fully air-conditioned. For our guests enjoyment we have provided 5 tvs, a DVD/Video player, music centre, videos, dvds and board games. A recent welcome addition has been the installation of a new computer with free internet access. Our villa enjoys a relaxing ambience in the quiet residential community of Florida Pines, located just off Highway 27 and 15 mins from Disney. All major theme parks, shopping malls, restaurants and Golf courses are within short driving distance. There is a local Publix supermarket and a 24 Hr Walmart Super Centre just 7 mins drive away.
	Rates Jan/Feb/Mar - £450 Apr/May/Jun - £475 Jul/Aug - £500 Sept/Oct - £475 Nov/Dec - £450 Easter/Christmas/New Year - £550 Pool Heat - £75 per week Pool heat is recommended from October to March when temperatures are a little lower. The price per night is for rental of the entire villa for your group and not per person. This offers great value for money compared to prices requested per night for cramped hotel rooms.
