| We believe the flexibility of staying in your own villa is hard to beat. This superb 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom executive villa is extremely spacious and offers accommodation for up to 10 persons. It is fully equipped and tastefully decorated throughout. Enjoy total privacy and space to spread out. High on our priority list was the Location. You will find directions to the villa are very easy to follow. Calabay Parc is on H27, and only minutes from the 192 which makes it a fantastic location, 30 minutess from airport, 15 minutes from Disney, within 2 minutes drive you have supermarkets for all your grocery needs and local restaurants. Our spacious, air conditioned, home comprises of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The family room has a comfortable sofa and chairs for you to relax in after a hectic day exploring the parks. There is cable TV and a DVD Player to keep everyone entertained. A variety of board games and books are also provided for your enjoyment. A range of Orlando guidebooks provide hints and tips on park visiting. A ceiling fan provides extra comfort on those hot Orlando evenings. There are two Master bedrooms with en-suites, so two families can easily share. Two further spacious bedrooms and a third guest bathroom help to provide a relaxing living space for up to eight members of your party. The double sofa bed in the family room can provide sleeping for up to 10 guests to stay. All our bedrooms have a TV. Bed linens, Towels and Pool Towels are provided in the Villa. A hairdryer is provided in each of the bathrooms. For our smaller guests, we have provided a Cot and Bedding, Highchair and baby monitors. Large Kitchen Diner is fitted with an extensive range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and a fridge freezer that incorporates an icemaker serving Ice. Should you wish to cook in the Villa, all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided for you to use. We also provide dinnerware suitable for the Pool Area. Outside, the fully screened pool features a large heated and lit pool (not over looked) with extended deck area witch is ideal for after dark entertainment. Pool toys, gas BBQ, sun loungers and patio furniture are provided for your enjoyment, with shade provided by covered lanai with overhead fan. As we have children, safety in the pool area is a must, so the pool has an additional safety fence. A telephone providing free local calls and high speed internet are provided. The laundry room with washing machine and dryer provides all the facilities you will need to wash your clothes before returning home, should you wish to do so. We have a friendly and helpful local management company who will be happy to assist with any queries and are available 24 hours a day, should the need arise. Our villa is non-smoking and no pets. | |
