Please send your check to the address shown on the contact us page made payable to 'TheBigVillaList.com' as soon as possible, quoting your unique reference number on the back of the check, you will receive this number when you proceed to step 2. You advert will not go live until we have received payment.

Before submitting your home to TheBigVillaList.com please read the following terms and conditions:-

1. Your home must be your own, and must exist. We will require proof that the home is yours to rent out. You can e-mail or post a copy of a recent utility bill, or other document, which clearly shows your name and the address of the home. We will require this information to be updated yearly. Homeowners remain wholly responsible for ensuring that their homes meet local and state requirements, including but not limited to sales tax and licenses.

2. You will be required to register with our forum at www.forumorlando.com This is to enable you to keep up to date with any changes to the site, and any important announcements, and enables us to post any information quickly and easily in the members section. We also want to create a community of homeowners to share and enjoy.

3. You can list your homes own website, but we ask that if you wish to post such a link, that your homes own site contains no external links to sites offering accommodation or car hire. There is no extra charge whether you do or don't, its your choice. Any sites with external links will be removed.

4. Adverts must include rate details for at least low, mid and high seasons.

5. All content must be acceptable. It must not contain any offensive material. The site owners reserve the right to reject or edit any advertised property information. The site owners reserve the right to refuse any application.

6. Your advert must not include any links to, or advertisements for, other sites which advertise homes for rental or car-hire.

7. SPAM, as is defined by the site owners, is not permitted, either through your advertisement or e-mail replies. No auto-replies to requests for accommodation, we want your adverts and replies to reflect quality and professionalism.

8. Each advertisement must be for one property only. Multiple listings or companies will not be allowed without first contacting site owners.

9. Any booking request made through TheBigVillaList.com cannot be passed to outside companies or other homeowners not listed with TheBigVillaList.com. Any member found passing booking request to other sources will have their membership cancelled without notification.

10. The site owners and management team reserve the right to edit, alter, amend or delete any advertisment or other content submitted.
